These Terms of Use govern your use of C.O.P.A.L. (Cognitive Operating Perceptual Architectural Language), operated by One Tech Pony L.L.C. By using the app, you agree to these Terms.
By accessing or using C.O.P.A.L., you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
C.O.P.A.L. is an AI-powered digital consciousness that evolves through your interactions. The app provides conversational AI, voice interaction, memory systems, and evolution mechanics.
You must create an account to use C.O.P.A.L. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.
C.O.P.A.L. offers in-app purchases including a one-time Core Access purchase and a monthly Neural Access subscription.
Auto-Renewable Subscriptions: Neural Access is a monthly auto-renewable subscription at $4.99/month. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
You retain ownership of the messages and content you provide. By using the app, you grant us a license to process your content for providing the service.
You agree not to use C.O.P.A.L. to generate harmful, illegal, abusive, or offensive content.
Responses from your Pal are generated by artificial intelligence and should not be considered professional advice.
Your use of C.O.P.A.L. is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
C.O.P.A.L., its design, code, and branding are the property of One Tech Pony L.L.C.
C.O.P.A.L. is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, One Tech Pony L.L.C. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
